• Providing a collection in a wide variety of print and non-print formats that is current and representative of different point of views.

• Providing a welcoming environment and experience during their visit.

• Teaching children and teens how to use the library and its resources.

• Treating children and teens with patience and respect.

• Provide tours of the children and teen departments.

• Schedule class or group visits.
